JULY TOPIC / SPEAKER: We are celebrating AEL’s 35th anniversary and we are pleased to host Mistress Anne-Marie Boylen (Nancy Douglas) who has been part of the Albuquerque community before AEL was formed, and was there at its conception! Mistress Anne-Marie Boylen will present “The Early Days.” She describes her presentation as: “What happened in the early days of organizing pansexual BDSM in Albuquerque? How did we come to have play parties in the days before the internet was popular? Covering 1986 to 1996, Mistress Anne will speak on being a community organizer at that time.”
WHAT’S A POWERMUNCH? Join us each month for AEL’s PowerMunch — a casual dinner gathering that combines great food, community, and learning. Held in a public restaurant, PowerMunches are a welcoming opportunity to meet others interested in BDSM, kink, and power exchange in a relaxed, non-play environment.
Each month features a different presenter and educational topic, giving attendees the chance to learn new skills, explore ideas, and engage in thoughtful discussion. Whether you’re new to the community or have years of experience, everyone is welcome.
